Once you walk in the ground floor café has been refurbished in the beautiful Art Deco-style, whilst a small area of Victorian tiles behind the bar they have stuck to the authentic style which is what makes Centenary Lounge Worcester so unique.

Centenary Lounge review

I couldn’t help but be amazed at the design of the café/bar it just had such a good vibe, the décor was spot on and the atmosphere was brilliant, it didn’t matter if you were going in for a cup of coffee, some breakfast or late night drinks they covered whatever the occasion and time.

Go up the stunning sweeping staircase, an architectural feature inspired by the grand style of the Queen Mary ocean liner, to the first-floor tearoom. Here, we honoured the building’s Georgian heritage, featuring the stunning original 1730s original wall panels and fireplace.

They continue to provide visitors with an authentic experience of what it was like in the bygone years of Britain’s railways. Go up the sweeping staircase, an architectural feature inspired by the grand style of the Queen Mary ocean liner, to the first-floor tearoom.

So why not come visit them today sample their sophisticated three-course menu and light elevenses menu, both designed by Head Chef, Elson Castro who was classically trained by two Michelin starred chefs. With exquisite attention to detail, Elson has created authentic dishes inspired by the original 1930s GWR Railway Dining Car menus, including classic English and continental dishes.
